1.) Develop a 2 rep max Strict Overhead Press in 10 minutes
2.) Tabata each of following: 
Double Kettlebell Swing-Clean and Jerk
Kettlebell Snatches 
3.) AMRAP 10 minutes of: 
1 Rope Climb (or 8 Deadhang Pullups)
40 feet Handstand Walk (or 8 Head Taps)
