1.) Deadlifts - 2 sets x 3 reps deficit, 3 sets x 2 reps traditional, 2 sets x 1 rep from blocks
2.) 5 sets x 2 reps Muscle Snatch followed by 2 reps Squat Snatch
3.) Partner Tire Flips and Sprints
